Shibashi Tai Chi - Practice

Tai Chi is a gentle and graceful exercise that improves
muscle strength, flexibility, balance and immunity.
Moves are easy to learn and beginners are welcome to join in.

All exercise programmes at Connect Village Hub are facilitated by qualified instructors and designed for people aged 55+.
We strongly recommend that people who have not exercised for extended periods and people with health conditions seek medical advice before commencing an exercise programme.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class to discuss your personal circumstances with the instructor.
