Q-Connect - Get connected to personal well-being
Q-Connect is a well-being (pilot) program for LGBTI people 60+ each week exploring different experiences to spark more enthusiasm for life.
The course will provide opportunities to sample a range of physical and creative activities, have meaningful discussions, make connections with other community groups and expand our social contacts.
The program has been designed by and for LGBTI+ elders, and focuses on 7 wellness themes.
Exploring ways to improve health and well-being, in a safe environment, with food to fuel the journey, under a rainbow roof.
A great deal is said about wellness, well-being and active ageing, and this course will explore what this means for us individually.
Q-Connect comprises of both physical and social ‘taster’ activities that are provided from within the LGBTQI(A) community.
Get connected to your mind, body and soul, every Friday, with Q-Connect and activities such as:
Music & dance
