Active For Life
Exercise does not need to be strenuous to be effective.
Our Active for Life exercise class is tailored to improve muscle mass and strength and improve
balance and mobility. Join personal trainer Hannes Hollys for this exercise class.
Payment in Full In Advance Or At Event
All exercise programmes at Connect Village Hub are facilitated by qualified instructors and designed for people aged 55+.
We strongly recommend that people who have not exercised for extended periods and people with health conditions seek medical advice before commencing an exercise programme.
We suggest wearing supportive sport shoes for this activity
