Chair Yoga with Rachel
A gentle form of yoga practiced sitting, Chair Yoga is suitable for people with hip, knee or mobility issues.
It helps improve balance, reduce muscle stiffness and relieve joint pain.
Breathing exercises and mindfulness calms the nervous system and clears the mind.

All exercise programmes at Connect Village Hub are facilitated by qualified instructors and designed for people aged 55+.
We recommend that people who have not exercised for extended periods and people with health conditions seek medical advice before commencing an exercise programme.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class to discuss your personal circumstances with the instructor.
