Lifespan

Lifespan Dance classes are a wonderful way to enjoy dance in a safe and supported space.
This class begins seated to warm the torso, upper body, arms and feet through choreographed
sequences which are taught and moved into stand-up options (using the chair for balance) for
those that would like to.

This class is suitable for all.

All exercise programmes at Connect Village Hub are facilitated by qualified instructors and designed for people aged 55+.

We strongly recommend that people who have not exercised for extended periods and people with health conditions seek medical advice before commencing an exercise programme.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class to discuss your personal circumstances with the instructor.
