Zumba is Diana's passion and it may even become yours, too.  The reason is simple: Every class is a party!  There are only 2 steadfast rules for our classes; only smiles are compulsory and judgement gets left outside the door!

All exercise programmes at Connect Village Hub are facilitated by qualified instructors and designed for people aged 55+.

We strongly recommend that people who have not exercised for extended periods and people with health conditions seek medical advice before commencing an exercise programme.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class to discuss your personal circumstances with the instructor.
