About this group

Our new yoga class with Natasha is a mix of hatha and yin yoga. Intentional and focused on mindful conscious movement, the poses aid the hormonal/endocrine system and work on the meridians/energy system of the body. They involve a mat sequence with a combination of limbering movements to warm up the body, breathwork as well as more active and/or gentle postures to work on both the inner and outer body. The poses in the class can be varied to suit all bodies and capabilities.
